Refund Policy
Donations are typically non-refundable. However, we understand that there may be extenuating circumstances. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Some examples of when a refund might be granted include:
- Error in Donation Amount: If you made an error in the donation amount or duplicate donations, please contact us as soon as possible to rectify the issue.
- Fraudulent Transactions: If you believe a donation was made fraudulently or without your consent, we will investigate and address the situation promptly.
If you need to request a refund, please contact us at care@yashviEntertainment.org.in within 30 days of the donation date. Include the following information in your request:
- Your full name
- Date of the donation
- Amount donated
- The reason for the refund request
Once we verify the refund request we will credit the refund to original payment method within 6-7 working days
Cancellation of Recurring Donations
If you set up a recurring donation and wish to cancel future contributions, you can do so at any time by:
- Logging into your account on our website and adjusting your donation settings.
- Contacting us directly at care@yashviEntertainment.org.in with your request.
Please allow up to 7 days for the cancellation to take effect. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation has been processed.
